How Should I Make My Resume “Pop”

Well, for one thing, your resume should contain accomplishments designed to attract the attention of a VP of Sales. I’ve said before that the accomplishments should not be what YOU think is important, but what the VP thinks is important. Make sure these achievements stand out- without elaborating on them to the nth degree.  You do that by assigning bullets to your achievements.  Try to isolate your achievements from your job description.  Many people lump them together and that buries the accomplishments.  Only accomplishments should be bulleted.
